Mana Tech Takes Over Uruguay
#ManaTechTravels to Punta del Este to immerse in the Uruguayan tech community.

It wasn’t just about the sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets; it was a journey aimed at building bridges from Miami to South America. This past weekend, the Mana Tech team flew to Punta del Este, Uruguay, to conquer the Punta Tech Meetup 2024 event, hosting and attending several other community events along the way. This adventure not only brought the team together but also allowed us to join forces to extend our hands to numerous partners, mentors, and community members.
Here’s a brief recap of everything that unfolded last week.
Jan 13th – Punta Tech Meets AI – NextGen of Innovation
The team attended the event hosted by one of our #ManaTechies, Flipando.ai. It was an evening of greeting familiar faces and catching up on all things AI.
Jan 14th – LATAM Tech Welcome Party
Mana Tech sponsored the opening event in partnership with Lazo and CFO Startup, uniting 200 attendees for an evening of cocktails, innovation and birthday celebrations.
Jan 15th – W Meetup
In the morning, our female team members attended the Women’s Meetup, where they listened to an inspiring panel of women share their success stories and insights on thriving in the tech ecosystem.
Jan 15th – Punta Tech Meetup 2024
Later that day, the team took part in the renowned Punta Tech Meetup 2024 event, strengthening our connections and culminating the trip on a high note.
Jan 15th – Side Event Punta Tech
Mana Tech, in collaboration with KOI Ventures, hosted a networking event featuring live music and refreshments, aimed at bringing together the tech community being built in Uruguay.
